It may be just me because I have big hands, but I really feel like it's meant to be used with the tube attached. As a result, I am either forced to take the item off my keyring completely, or I must keep it on my keyring but keep my keys in my hands and hold up to my mouth while I am using it. It would be even better if the product had some sort of quick release, such as a spring loaded clamp or threads on the keyring portion that could be detached and reattached quickly, so it would be in an entirely different category. My rating is 4 out of 5. I think it would be better if it were a little faster For me, it would be a 5 if the system could be detached. I think this would make a fantastic gift for someone who constantly picks stuff out of their teeth (or tries to squeeze food out of their teeth), uses a toothpick after meals, or has a plastic disposable flosser with them.
A small edc toothpick like this is great to carry with you everywhere you go. Picking your teeth with it should be done with care because it is sharp. have found that items that I carry that are screw ones sometimes unscrew on their own, I am not sure if a key chain attachment for this will do the same, but I would check to see if it is still attached if the key chain is not overloaded. Yet I believe this will be a great addition to my micro edc tools kit. In the future, I will recommend this to friends and use it as a birthday gift and Christmas stocking stuffer.
The best way to eat this is in your mouth, so I'm not sure what else to do.
It is amazing how many times I have left a restaurant (no wood picks) and had that piece of food stuck in my mouth. When driving home, your tongue works overtime trying to dislodge it with no success. Distinctive solution that is simple to implement. My sincerest thanks go out to you.

WOW! I am thoroughly impressed with my Tipick that I received today. The lifetime warranty is worth it because it is so sturdy and strong. I like this point because it can fit into spaces that are hard to reach. A hoop is built into it for mounting on a key ring, not just a cheap metal ring. The item comes with a carry case for your purse or pocket. With it always in my pocket and a reliable toothpick in my purse, I'm thrilled to be able to pick up any toothache wherever I go.
I have a SmartKey as well, so it fits well on my keyring. I only see a con in that it doesn't have a quick detach mechanism if you wanted to unscrew it, flip it around, and then screw it back in for the fully extended It would be nice to have the housing rapidly unlatch from my keyring. The blade also has a great edge and holds it well, an aspect I consider a plus. Some reviews I've read say that's not to their taste. Don't worry about your purchase!.
It's awesome, I can't stop purchasing them, I have one at every moment of the day! The ones I tried were all too long when compared to those that were short.
