When I brought it out, I truly believed I liked it and enjoyed it. However, when I first hand washed it, the coloring came off of the outside of the casing, but you have to wash it because if you use the straw at a bar and then put it back in the casing, the casing becomes gross as well, so I'm not sure how to avoid this? However, after just one hand wash, the casing became completely rusted and the coloring washed away! I couldn't believe it, so this isn't going to last very long.

The straw collapses every time I try to drink from it, which is the main issue for me and a deal breaker. It would have been nice if you could twist it to lock it in place, but it collapses so easily that I lost it in my cup every time I went to get a drink. The rose gold version was the one I chose. It's difficult to clean because it collapses. To get specific spots, you must manipulate the straw. In the end, it's more trouble than it's worth. Although it was a good idea, it was poorly executed.

The silicone tip on the drinking end of this straw appealed to me, so I chose it. That, unfortunately, has been my undoing. br>In a nutshell, I put it back into its case after washing it, and the silicone part never came out again. br>The packaging is cute and slim, the color is appealing, and the straw is extremely light and telescopes well. It doesn't appear to collapse unless you specifically request it. a plus. br>However, I've wasted far too much time attempting to remove the dreaded silicone part from the container. Of course, you can use it without the silicone. br>br>Update: We finally got it out after 20 minutes of trying different things. Because it wasn't moving, I believe it was pure luck. I double-checked to make sure it was properly placed in the container, which it was. That is the only way it will fit. I'm not sure if I'll put it back in the container and give it another shot. However, if you're interested in this in part due to the tip, keep reading. My personal experience was as follows.

I'm going to change my mind about this review. The straw came with a flyer that said you could get a free straw if you did this online email sign up or something (I can't remember exactly what it said) and left a review on Amazon. I've been getting spam emails nonstop since then. The majority of them are difficult to cancel. I should've known, but now I get a 5-star rating. Every day, I receive ten spam emails, which is extremely inconvenient when I need to keep my email notification open for other reasons. As a result, don't make the same mistakes that I did. I will never buy from this company again. This straw folds up neatly into its metal box, ready to be attached to your bag for travel. When drinking hot liquids or living in a hot climate, the silicone tip prevents your lips from being burned by the metal straw. br>br>The brush is a little on the small side, but it fits into the metal case. So I'll be using my larger cleaner brush, but this tiny brush is perfect for a quick clean when you're on the go. br>br>Because it's metal, the case doesn't have a very smooth easy close; you'll have to be careful to close it properly. br>br>I continue to believe that this straw is revolutionary and well worth the small cost.

For the carabiner to just fall off like that, it must be of poor quality. I wasn't even engaging in any strenuous exercise. I had only gone for a stroll. No, it wasn't my backpack's fault; I've hung all kinds of things on it, and nothing ever comes off or loosens unless I remove them. If I had the option, I would give this item a 0 star rating! Original review: br>br> I was excited because this reusable straw comes in a variety of colors, but when it arrived, it had a scratch in the paint that revealed the underlying metal. I don't want to go through the trouble of returning it and ordering a new one because there was only a minor cosmetic flaw. I'm a big fan of the color. This is fantastic! I included a photo to demonstrate how small it is. I really like how the brush expands as the straw expands! As a result, everything is in place.

All in favor of eliminating plastic straws, but paper straws are filthy. This is a fantastic little adjustable straw that you can keep on your keys at all times! I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I was disappointed because there was a piece of paper in the package offering a free straw if I went to the website, but that offer has since expired!.
