After repeatedly chipping the edges of Ceramic spoon holders, I went in search of Porcelain (which is more durable than Ceramic). I also found this Marble one, which arrived in a small box; I had no idea what I had ordered that would arrive in a heavy, well-sealed box; not only was it expertly boxed in such a way that it could not break even if thrown off a cliff, but this product was larger and better than I could have imagined, which is why I just ordered another. A witty tale: The outer box also contained two other items, one of which was a 4oz flat bag of dried chives, which, well, you can guess what happened next. I cut right through the bag of chives after slitting open the box. Don't laugh too hard if you're like me.

It slipped from my grasp and smashed into the corner of my quartz counter top. On the small information card that came with it (which stated a 30-day guarantee), I went to the website. I sent them an email explaining what happened, and they responded quickly, offering to send me a replacement spoon rest without asking me to return the one I chipped. In terms of quality, Yes, it is delicate, but it is also quite lovely. It definitely adds a touch of class to the kitchen!.

As if it were brand new. It was obvious that something had gone wrong and that it had to be fixed. Although the item arrived in new packaging, it has a crack that runs the length of it. I would have given it a higher rating if it hadn't arrived in such poor condition. Aside from that, it's a good piece.

This looks like a solid chunk of black and white marble, and it's very pretty, solid, and wipes clean with a sponge. We aren't using a heated dishwasher because it isn't necessary. See the following section for more information on rubber pads. If you dropped it from 4 feet or so onto a tile or granite surface, I'm sure it would chip or break. We keep it near our stove because it has rubber pads on the bottom. It's lovely enough to keep!.

This is a nice little piece. Because it's heavy and sturdy, it also slides across the counter. The utensil's depression is deep enough to collect small droppings, but not so deep as to allow one-handed operation when picking up and putting down a kitchen utensil for repeated and quick use. This is an excellent item.

In a good way, it was bigger than I had expected. It's quite heavy, but it's also very easy to clean. It has small pads on the bottom that prevent it from scratching my stovetop. Love it!.
