Love it. Until I moved into My Habitat of Detrout's house, I had never had a dishwasher. br>br>The kids were my dishwasher, and it took us a while to figure out how to use it. br>br>I dislike watching dishes, so I enjoyed watching the kids do them. I ordered this and received exactly what I ordered. I put it in my dishwasher, and the first night it fell off; the magnet was still attached, but the facing was missing. I gave it a rating of 2 stars. I received an email informing me that a new one was on its way. This one's been on for a week and hasn't come off yet. In my opinion, providing excellent customer service goes a long way. Thank you so much for sending me a new one; it's fantastic!.

for ONE DAY ONLY The glue on this magnet peeled off and the plastic piece fell off within two days of it being placed on our dishwasher, but the magnet remained securely fastened. I tried to reassemble it, but the plastic would not stay attached to the magnet. I was looking forward to using it, but now I'm disappointed that I've squandered both time and money. ***UPDATE: ***UPDATE: ***UPDATE: ***UPDATE: ***UPDATE: ***UPDATE When I contacted the company, they promptly sent a replacement. So far, the replacement has done a fantastic job. It's entirely possible that I was given a defective product when I first received it.

This product is far superior to the others I've bought. This is not a dishwasher-safe item. The power of a magnet is immense. Even if I wanted to, I'm not sure I could get it off. It's a lot bigger than I expected, which is nice; the only drawback is that the slide moves when you open/close the dishwasher or bump into it while walking by. I would have given it 5 stars if they could have made it a little more difficult to slide down.

You'd think that purchasing a high-end dishwasher, such as my new Bosch 800 series, would eliminate the need for a simple indicator to indicate whether the dishes are clean or not. Not so,. The Bosch appears to have a feature, visible from the outside, that tells you the status of the dishes inside, despite the fact that it shows you when the cycle is running (red light on the floor) because it is so quiet. NOT! This item appears to have been included with the item and serves the same purpose. You did an excellent job.

This sign is well-made and appears to be fairly durable. I can't comment on the magnetic feature because I didn't want to use the double-sided adhesive pads that came with the sign because my dishwasher didn't have a magnetic surface where I wanted to put it. The magnet is large enough to cover the entire back side of the sign, so it should stay put. br>br>The sliding cover that reveals "Dirty" or "Clean" is effective. It moves freely and has a small amount of friction near the end of its journey, which keeps it in place and allows it to show Clean or Dirty without accidentally sliding back in the opposite direction. It doesn't "lock" into place, but the slight friction appears to keep it from sliding. Other reviews claim that the slider on their sign moves when the dishwasher door is opened and closed. I don't see how they'll be able to do this unless the sign is mounted vertically. The slider does not feel loose because it does not move as freely as it could. In those households, I believe a child is playing with the sign and moving it around. The text is large, clear, and easy to read. br>br> To protect the text on the sign, a clear acrylic cover has been placed over it. This allows you to clean the exposed text without harming or wearing down the sign's printed portion. It's a nice touch to include this. This sign has performed admirably for me thus far, and I would recommend it to anyone.

This is both fantastic and uncompromising. When you move the slider to one side or the other, it makes a snapping sound. You won't have to worry about it floating over and mixing up your dirty and clean dishes because it doesn't float. If your dishwasher does not have a magnetic front, this kit includes adhesive pads. The adhesive is still holding strong after two weeks of use by a 4, 7, and 11-year-old.
