These were just delivered. The color of the pineapple towel is much darker than the one shown in the picture, which is disappointing. It's also extremely thin (thinner than flour sack material), so it won't work as a dish towel, but it'll suffice for decoration. The other three towels aren't as absorbent as the first three, but they do have a nice appearance.

I had to sit down with my husband and explain that *these* towels are not for wiping hands or wiping up messes. These towels are always hanging on the oven handle so that when we have visitors, they can look at this towel set and think to themselves, "Wow, these people have clean decorative towels in their kitchen. " They must have everything under control in their lives. "br>br>Because they're far too thin, these aren't and never will be good hand towels. If it were a competition between this towel's ability to absorb water and evaporation, evaporation would win every time. Single. So, if you want to impress a mother-in-law, now is the time. br>br> If you have five wild animals (oh, sorry, I meant 'children') running around making messes and spilling a gallon of high-octane gasoline, this set will suffice; if you have the law or a judgy friend, this set will suffice. If you can't pulp orange juice, you may need to find another solution (boarding school, for example). br>br>I deducted a star because I washed and steam ironed them (I know, who irons their dish towels?). ), the edges have become crooked and the shrinkage is uneven. Solution: To avoid having to wash them frequently, keep them away from dirt, dust, and life in general.

They're not of the highest quality, but they're fairly absorbent and do the job. I really like how they're a set. The pineapple is beautiful, but I wish there were two pineapple towels included in the package. Two patterned and two pineapples would have been ideal, but only one pineapple looks awkward, and it took me a while to figure out where I was going to put that one pineapple in the kitchen. I would have given this 5 stars if there were two pineapples. With only one pineapple, you will only receive four stars. Another pineapple would have been ideal. That is something I cannot emphasize strongly enough.

I adore the way this looks in my home. It is clearly intended to be used as a decorative item rather than a hand towel. I'm not sure why that seems to surprise some of the reviews. However, I absolutely adore it.

Slightly shrunk, but not to the point of quality degradation. These are high-quality and dry quickly. Patterns are adorable!.

They were given five small gifts to give to the host families with whom they would be staying. This was a difficult one because I didn't want anything too heavy (multiplied by 5) or too big. I also wouldn't be able to send anything perishable or liquid, as we would if the kids were traveling locally, due to the obvious restrictions on travel. These pineapple hand towels were EXACTLY what I was looking for! The colors were vibrant, and the price was reasonable enough that I was able to purchase five of them. They rolled up easily and took up little space in my son's suitcase. They were said to be a hit with the host families!.
