My cooking uses French pots and pans, which do not usually have insulated handles, merely steel handles riveted to the copper bowl. With this set, you have a lot of choice in what type of handle you can set them on, and it is a great deal for the price. There is one set for more money that is specifically designed for one type of handle only. In terms of quality, they seem to be of a good grade and fit nicely in a drawer. The pot holders are really loose too I picked up the fry pan and it moved, so I almost dropped it, as well as the fry pan holders are loose, so you can't really pick it up with them. They might fall off the handles, so you might lose the fry pan.
