I haven't come across a food that I haven't attempted to store in these containers. You can store anything you want: Soup, Pizza, Cake, Veggies, and Sandwiches, etc. , etc. , etc. , etc. , etc. , etc. , etc. , etc. , etc. , etc. , etc. , etc. , etc. , etc. , etc. , etc. , etc. , etc. , etc. , etc. , etc. , etc. , etc. , etc. , You can mix and match which compartments you need (soup usually doesn't), and you can add more dividers within the compartments by purchasing some rubber cupcake holders. Because the compartments can be removed, it's simple to reheat hot food while keeping cold food, well, cold. br>br>The ONLY time I've had a problem is with foods containing red sauce of any kind. Spaghetti and buffalo wings will leave a stain on the plastic that will be difficult to remove. I discovered a workaround by lining the compartment with wax paper.
These containers are perfect for me. I used them for my son's breakfast and lunch at school, and he's such a picky eater that he doesn't want any of his food to touch, so this comes in handy. They're also leak-proof. Nothing spills out even when he has yogurt and soup in it all the time.
The only issue I have with these is that the interior containers are not completely sealed off from one another. As a result, putting a liquid in one container will easily spill into the others. The exterior container, on the other hand, is watertight. br>br>I discovered that covering any liquidy compartments with plastic wrap and wrapping them all the way to the bottom solved the problem. Unless you shake it a lot, it stays watertight for a long time. The rest of the container, on the other hand, is fantastic!.
Containers are leak-proof, but compartments aren't. I tried putting fruit in one compartment and a sandwich in the other, but my daughter complained that the fruit dripped onto her sandwich, making it soggy. The same thing happened when I tried yogurt. It might work for an adult if they carry it horizontally all the way to work, but I wouldn't recommend it for kids unless they plan to bring only dry foods. I like how the compartments can be reduced from four to two, three, or even one. The opening and closing of the door is simple. It's sturdy, but I'd like to find something more suitable for holding fruits and/or yogurt.
I had a part-time job and reasoned that purchasing containers would be less expensive and better for the environment than using plastic. Plus, I wouldn't have to leave my office during my lunch break to go out and buy food that was probably not healthy for me. By purchasing these bento boxes, I was able to bring my lunch to work and eat a healthy meal. br>br>One of the things I like about bento boxes is that they have three compartments, but those compartments can be easily removed if I only need one space for my food. I like that the sections can be removed from the bento box, which I didn't see in any of the other bento boxes I looked at online, at least not ones that were as useful as these. br>br>In my photos, I show how the bento box is divided into three parts, allowing you to choose between a single container, two containers, or three containers. It's fantastic that you have that option! The box is also quite deep, so I can fit a lot of stuff in there without it becoming too crowded. br>br>For the past two years, I've been using a bento box. I haven't had any leakage problems in three weeks. If you like the detachable feature, if you are trying to be healthier at work, or if you just want a container to store some of your food in at home, I would highly recommend this product. br>br>I would highly recommend this product if you like the detachable feature, if you are trying to be healthier at work, or if you just want a container to store some of your food in at home. I'm really happy with this product, and I'll definitely keep using it for my office lunches and food storage in the fridge in the future.
Although these containers do not leak outside of the container, they are not waterproof on the inside as liquid moves from compartment to compartment, so you should still avoid mixing dry and liquid foods. br>br>I'll mostly be using these for my kids' lunches, so I'll be sending mostly dry foods in them. If I need to send something that contains liquid, I will use a different container. br>br>However, because the container is quite large, you can store your food in the top compartments, then remove the top compartments and empty them into the large compartment, from which you can eat. As a result, the food can be kept separate until you're ready to eat it.
They appear to be in good condition. I was pleasantly surprised when I took these out of the shipping box. They appear to be in good condition. The plastic doesn't appear to be super strong superhero plastic or anything, but it appears to be sturdy enough for lunch packing. There were no scratches or dents visible. The fact that the two-piece part that sits inside the large container can be removed is something I really like about it. Let's say I want to bring potato salad and chicken to work with me. I can put my potato salad in the small removable two-piece section and set it inside, while the chicken goes in the remaining square section. When I go out to lunch, I simply lift the potato salad portion out so that I can eat it cold. When my chicken is done, I can heat it up and put my potato salad back in the container. It's practical because I don't need to pack more than one or multiple containers. Is it true that I haven't yet put these to use? No, but I imagine the durability of the containers will be largely determined by the user. It's possible that heating a lot of acid-based tomato products will stain and break down the plastic. Foods such as chicken or beans, for example, may last longer if heated. If the quality isn't up to par once I start using them, I'll make sure to update my review. However, the lids are securely fastened, and the product performs as expected.
