The lid for one of the bottles keeps leaking despite many attempts to screw it securely. I thought it was my fault and tried many times to tighten it carefully. The price was too expensive for what I received.

The dispenser looks nice and the material is comfortable, but my unit keeps leaking, and it gets worse with time. The strangest thing is that it comes from an unusual place. In my case, there is a leak around the metal trim ring on the upper seam. There were multiple times when I checked. Once it had been cleaned thoroughly, it needed to be refilled and tested There is a stain just above the trim on the paper towel. A close inspection of the top led me to this conclusion. There is a seam on the inside of what appears to be one piece on the outside. After the gel gasket is removed, it can be seen that the two pieces are not connected. There is a gap at the joint on mine, and I think it has two parts on top.

You will have to use a lot of force to open this product. In the past four months, a leak has developed under the lid of this box. My love of it was short-lived when it started leaking. My favorite aspect of this product is its wide mouth opening and its ease of cleaning. In any case, now every time I pour it leaks all over, so I'm having to throw it away.

Can't seem to make up my mind. I do not know how I would do without them. Although I would love to have a sprayer, no one seems to be happy with theirs, so I will have to settle OK - I will update this review in a couple months' time, eight months later. These containers are available to me in four different sizes. There is a completely stuck olive oil container in my kitchen. It looks like I am also experiencing problems with leakage as another reviewer has mentioned. I gave up after a week of trying to open it. While I know which way it is supposed to turn, and I have tried hot water, etc. , I was contemplating whether or not to change the number of stars, but decided against it. It was because I called OXO and they sent me a replacement for no charge.

The question of dripless bottles has been on my mind for YEARS. Usually, when they are, they are easily broken and leak (plastic lids, for instance). It's still a drip and oil ring under the bottle on the counter if they look nice and pour nicely. I keep olive oil in one for cooking (not even one drip or oil ring under the bottle. One is to heat coconut oil (without the lid on) and pour onto our dog's food (it has resolved many yeast issues around his mouth) and the other one to use with coconut oil we heat with the lid removed and pour into the food! Finding a solution has ceased to be of interest to me. This dispenser is a true performer and does exactly what it promises. A big thumbs up!.

It works well, but there was a problem with the top with the threads that attach the lid. It's impossible that glass could have just broken off. Look at the picture there was no drop involved. There was just a break in it. Two times I have contacted OXO on their website, but no reply has been received. As soon as I receive the defective product, I will post NEGATIVE feedback with pictures to the web so everyone can see how poorly the customer service is.
