was delivered in a timely manner and was in good condition This is a packaged approach. This is a great solid, timeless product - The utensil holder is very nice. As expected, the product has a clean, white appearance. The breakage did not occur. With the exception of an invisible ring at the bottom, the white glaze is smooth but slightly rough to the touch, making it more likely to stay in place on a counter This is less likely to happen if the counter is raised. This item has been handcrafted in the U. S. In the photos, you can see the item and the measurement.
Since it wasn't big enough, we had to constantly cram something in it or bring multiple items out when we pulled something out of it because it was so tight in there. As a result, I always had a lot of stuff in the small drawer I have for utensils. This crock is wonderful it's much bigger than the one I had and it holds a great deal. White ceramic crocks are traditionally very attractive, since there are no designs or other colors involved. After I renovate our kitchen, it will still look nice since I have no idea what color it will turn out to be. It was the fact that this one was made in the USA that convinced me to choose it over a different, similar one.

Because it is made in the USA and I liked it a lot, I decided to give it a try. If you have an issue, do not return it. If you have a problem, turn the bad side to the wall and it looks fine.
