I found it to be quite easy to put together, and a spare piece was included in case something went wrong. According to the photo, it is around 16" tall. Not only does it fit perfectly under my cabinets, but it also looks highly attractive. As it turns out, they are measuring the flange from the top. Thus, add another inch to your measurement. There was a thought process there that I do not understand. As well, the bracket where the screws are supposed to go in was too loose, so it wasn't able to be tightened. I'm very disappointed with the quality, even though it looks great.

Purchase of this shelf is absolutely worth it due to its sturdy construction. There are no tools required for assembly, and it is super easy to put together. To put it together, it took me only 5 minutes. Just a heads up, the ones in the picture aren't as big as those in the picture. There is no doubt in my mind that this is worth checking out! By removing all the coffee cups from my pantry and counter space, I increased the space available for storage!.

It is very sturdy and fits nicely on the shelf I wanted to use There is only one issue I have if your mugs aren't all the same size, each one doesn't quite fit next to the other on the hook.

It is of poor quality. Assembling the piece was not my work this was a kit that arrived, same with the other side.
The base is severely uneven. It is not feasible to hook a standard cup with the hooks so close together. It would have been better if there were three hooks instead of four. The measurements on the website are wrong, since it does not fit under my cabinets, so that will at least allow me to have 6 cups on each side. A base that extends 3/4 inch over the top or bottom is I will be returning this product since I am very disappointed in it.
