This item pops off the wall, does not lay flat, and has all kinds of weird hooks

These all have at least one hook that is out of alignment, so I don't like the way they are made. Can such a thing be done? There were no hooks aligned on any of them. As an added complaint, I don't care for how the hook attached to the wall, since it caused the tile to appear to stick out of the wall. Lie flat against the wall with their backs to the We won't buy from this store.
