If you want to mount the shelf to an existing surface, this mounting is for you. It is most likely that you will need a rear mount. In the style described above, the front of the slides attach to the cabinet face frame and the rear attaches to the back wall by means of plastic sockets that fit over the ends For clear openings that are smaller than the face framed openings you will need spacers to make up for it. In order to purchase cabinets based on opening widths, you'll have to measure the space between the cabinet frames or check the space from the cabinet frame to the door if the door reduces the opening.

Generally, we offer base mount L brackets so you can attach the slides to an existing shelf or cabinet floor. However, we offer rear mounting and side mounting as well in case there is no shelf available. There is also a half shelf mount that attaches just the front of the shelf to the cabinet face plates. It uses L brackets on the back, and the cabinet face plates on the front. If needed, you can send a customization request and we'll alter the mounting style for you. Alternatively, you can request spacers if you will be side mounting. You will need to provide wood to construct the inside of the cabinet to match the width of the order. The spacers we carry are not intended to be stacked, and are available in 1/8", 3/8", 1/4" and 1/2". Frameless euro style cabinets with the 32 mm distance (3 holes in 32 mm - 1 1/4") can be worked with specialist spacers from 1/2" to 1 1/2" in 1/4" increments. It's very hard to believe that 100 lbs is rated that high. In a cabinet with a Kitchenaid Mixer (heavy duty) and Cast Iron Cookware from Creuset, I ordered this. As a result, it would be loaded right from the start. As far as we could tell, the 100 pound rating should suffice for the task. As soon as I received the shelf, I found it to be of poor quality plywood, with one side split where screws were inserted (see pictures). It was easy for me to bend the mounting brackets back into a 90° shape with my hands since they were bent. Confidence was not instilled in this manner. The drawer was installed, I loaded a mixer and cast iron cookware into it and it was ready to use. Probably between 50 and 60 A kitchen equipment load of 60 pounds. If you slide the drawer out, there is an awful lot of flexing. We will see how well it holds up with time. The quality of the materials is not up to par for the price. It will cost me 1/3 the price next time if I build it myself.
Unfortunately, this drawer does not slide open and close smoothly when I pull on it. I have to yank on it to get it to open fully, then either kick it pretty hard (which I do not like to do) or reach down and awkwardly shove it back into place. It disturbs my neatly stacked items since it is shallow on the edge, and I'm forced to get on my knees and reach into the back of the cabinet when items fall out because it is so shallow. It is the last one I will ever buy.
There is nothing better than this product. The first shelf I ordered was to test it out, but I was so pleased with it that I ordered two more. In order to get extra shelves for my wall, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. The seller was able to locate my previous order and give me the correct size. The way he worked with me to resolve the issue was very nice. The shelves I received and the customer service I received have made me very happy.
As soon as I provided the seller with my measurements, he contacted me to confirm they were accurate. Due to the fact that they are customized, they took longer to ship but they were worth the wait! The cheaper wire style baskets I had in my previous home were so substandard that I wasted no time replacing them. Installation is quick and easy, and the wheels glide smoothly. There is an air of high end in our pantry, like there was a carpenter working here. It would definitely be a good purchase to recommend and buy.
The ball bearings are stronger and I purchased more of them. It took me around 10 days to complete. I was happy with how the drawers were The fact that it makes my wife happy is great!.
The cabinets are wonderful. The directions were not step by step enough for me as I'm not a craftsperson. Although the staff is quick to email and answer questions, it is not always available. It was a pleasure to work on my final project.
My pull out shelving for my kitchen cabinets is absolutely wonderful. The total number of items I ordered was It is so easy to reach items in the cabinet because they are so easily accessible. The new system eliminates the need for me to get down on my hands and knees to find whatever I am I was very impressed with how well made and high-quality the shelving was. I was very pleased with the customer service. I have never made a purchase and then had the provider of the product contact me on their own to make sure I received my order, then again to let me know if I approved my order.
