For cleaning purposes, the screen cannot be removed. There is no doubt that you would find a way to remove it if you were hellbent on doing so.
The distance between the back of the tray and the edge of the blade is nine inches. 25" in length. It takes seven inches for the pusher to retract from the face of the blade to the furthest point. There is an 11" depth to the tray if you do not use the pusher

It appears that the company that I ordered it from sent it to the wrong address, which excuses my failure to receive There was a problem with the order, so it had to be cancelled, and a refund was issued. Unfortunately, I am still unaware of what happened to the item.
Thanks for this slicer. I am very happy with it. The material used is usually of high quality I appreciate how well the work is done Manufacturer's blemishes can be found There is nothing impacting the function of the system. So far, I have used it a dozen or so times. It does not pose any problems. Clean meat slicers always seem to be a problem for people As is often the case, we have to deal with it. There is no real difficulty in disassembling the machine. The trickiest part is cleaning some of the parts due to their size. It is not difficult to take the meat tray off but is large and awkward to clean. Metal is a very large solid piece There is approximately a 5 lb weight to this item. Handling 5 lbs of sharp, slippery metal when it's wet, sharp, and slippery is difficult.
As a result, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a slicer that will last. The only claim against it is that it doesn't slice that little bit at the end and leaves about a half inch of the food you are slicing behind. However, all in all, it is an excellent slicer.

A solid foundation. Cleaning is easy and it's easy to use. The videos on YouTube are what I watched to learn more. It would be nice if they were One safety piece has been affix to a cut-out, but I'm unsure how to put it on A pair of gloves that will resist water. It's a good idea to do it.
It was easy to cut up a round roast. This is something I would recommend.
The best is to make it last for a long time and for it to turn out well. It was not possible for me to send a photo because I am not at home. The only problem is that it is really big and looks good.
