The display isn't anything fancy, but it does the job. The microwave had to be installed completely from scratch, since none of the existing holes lined up with the old one. But it's in and working, so I'm happy!.

This is probably the best microwave I've ever owned. I have had this microwave for a little more than a month and I have to say it's one of the best ones. As soon as I saw the title of this book, I became a little apprehensive simply because In your mind, Decker makes you think of vacuums, tools, and items you wouldn't normally think about a microwave. It turns out I worried too much. When it is about manufacturing a microwave, they make sure they use top-of-the-line materials. It cooks quickly and thoroughly, it warms up quickly and thoroughly, and it has an excellent display with easy-to-read It seems all my boasting about this microwave is paying off because I have already recommended it to two other family members and a friend and one family member but got theirs already and another just got hers, so hopefully all my boasting will pay off.

I like my new microwave very much - it turned out to be easy to install and the fit was perfect. It doesn't have anything to do with the quality, but rather does have to do with the shipping, just like the other reviews before me. I expected to see damage on the microwave once I opened the box because the box arrived extremely beat up and torn. The damage did not appear to be significant to me. Although, after unpacking, there was a mysterious piece of metal left in the box. There was nothing in the instructions that matched it. Once I figured it out, I realized it was a heat shield that had come loose from underneath a lightbulb underneath the microwave. I was able to easily reinstall it once I knew where it should have been. Apart from that, the installation went smoothly, and the purchase was a good one.

Despite getting delivered quickly, the microwave side looks damaged (bent). Since returning this appliance would be a nightmare, it's better to keep it and use it.

My parents were the ones who purchased it for me. Generally, the shipping was extremely fast. I actually ordered it one day & it was delivered the next day The front porch was where it was. Because my parents were going through some issues, I waited some time before opening this email. As soon as I opened the top of J5, I noticed a dent You cannot see it while it is mounted because it is in an area where you cannot see it. This is what I did I installed it and In my experience, it's a very effective system. There is no way it could have been dropped. It works well and it does what it is supposed to do It's just a matter of hoping that the damage remains fixed, since Indidn5 reported the problem.

As the glass turntable spins, it is powered by a spindle. The part wasn't available on Amazon for the Black + Decker, so I ordered it from a different supplier. When I went to a few parts stores in my town, they told me to go to Black + Decker directly. The customer service representative told me that I would need to give a receipt and serial number in order to be able to help. In light of the lack of serial numbers on my unit, I sent them the receipt and model number. After a few days, I heard back from them, telling me that neither the part nor the part kit was available. I would have to take my microwave down from the wall and ship Buying is not a good idea! In addition, parts for it are difficult to find and the machine itself arrives without parts.
