When I first received my air fryer, I was very thrilled. It, however, was missing the removable food rack that sits in the bottom of the cooking basket for allowing air to circulate beneath and keeping food elevated so grease can drip from it. My disappointment was confirmed when I contacted the company. It was informed that this part was not in stock and there was no estimated It is too bad I have to return the unit. I will try to find something else. It is a very attractive appliance and easy to use, but I wish the product had come with all the parts included. Despite the ease of use of the fryer and the fact that it so far has been giving me good cooking results, I wasn't pleased with this purchase due to It does not come with any recipe booklet but it does not come with a cooking guide either. For every recipe I want to make, I have to go to Google. Unless you register, you will not be able to access any cooking guides or recipes from chefman club. After calling customer support and waiting for 20 minutes on hold, I was disconnected from customer service after 20 minutes on hold. There was no access code that came with the unit, which was required to register for warranty and access to the site. An email was sent to me and I was told to get in touch with You will receive a response within 2 business days. Two days have passed and I have yet to hear from them!.

Despite its great quality, this air fryer is very expensive. There is misrepresentation and for that reason I did not give it 5 stars. Within the section that reads "about this item," it's stated that it's a 1200W. In spite of this, the unit's sticker indicates it is 1500 watts. Which is the reason for that? As a long-distance truck driver, I drive across the country. My truck is equipped with a 1500 watt inverter, so I can power my refrigerator and small appliances. Those who use one know that it is not recommended to max out an inverter's wattage. This was my only reason for buying it, since it had 1200w in the description. Thus far, everything seems to be going well. It didn't damage my inverter when I just got it.

With a sleek design and futuristic, modern touch controls, this system feels high-end. Because this air fryer contains no BPA, it was the right choice for me. However, the metal parts that come in contact with the food I found this to be the only air fryer in this price range left with BPA free plastic, as the plastic naturally heats up a little with use. The purchase was a good one for me.

There is a 16 year old boy in my life and Parents know how much their children can eat. OUR OLD ONE WAS USED AT LEAST TWICE A DAY BY OUR SON (5 TIMES PER DAY), PLUS I USE IT AT LEAST ONE A DAY, AND HE USES IT ALMOST EVERY DAY. I WORKED ON IT FOR 5 YEARS This is the reason I have stuck with this product brand. The thing I love about it is- I AM STARTING A NEW BASKET THAT IS BIGGER AND As it is easier to clean & less messy to put foil in the bowl, not on the sides and on the tray I recommend using foil inside the basket. LONGEVIES THE LIFE OF THE COATING IN THE FRYER. EVENTUALLY, THIS NEWER MODEL WILL COOK FOOD FASTER AND EXTRA, IT WILL ALSO HAVE A THERMOSTAT THAT BEEPS AT HALF-WAY SPIRAL TO TURN IT OVER.
