Please note that Despite the fact that this product is Made In The U. S. , I wanted to love it. I will do everything I can to help Money sent to China only returns a small piece of it because it takes so long to clear customs? In spite of this, it *is* a good value for the price, and does the job it is designed for. The book is still worth buying, so I recommend It has the problem that the post/driveshaft are at a loose tolerance, which I have with this unit. Compared to the provided images, it is quite obvious that the KitchenAid attachment has a hole diameter of about 12 mm. A 13" diameter is characteristic of the metro blade. Approximately 34mm thick. Variation over zero means that there are no significant differences. You can see in the video that the New Metro blade is loose because of 4mm. Even though I did not perform specific measurements on the locking slot, the New Metro blade also seemed to have too much play there. It does seem sturdy enough when the motor is running, the blade is kept on by the force of the motor driving it, but I am a bit nervous about having such loose tolerances in a device of such strength (my mixer has a one horsepower This in combination with the fact that there is no metal core, but instead the unit is made purely from hard plastic, It should be noted, however, that the wiper itself is very well fit. I am shining my light into the bowl as your can see from the last picture No light escapes the blade of the wiper, showing how it makes great contact with the sides of the After the unit has been attached and turned on, wiping can be clearly seen to occur. A few pieces of advice for the company 2) Increase your tolerances by a little That means you'll need new molds, and that's expensive. However, the shaft of the KA has actually been measured at 12 inches, thus I believe this is fine. 65 and older I don't think this should be a problem at all. Imagine that the core is made of metal. It is true that the price will increase a bit, but I would rather spend a few extra dollars now on a mixing blade that will be useful in 5 years than take a chance on one that is cheaper and will break in half a year. 2) Your wiper blades are excellent. You don't need to replace them This is true even if it will help your profit margin.

You should be careful when making a purchase
You may not have a model that fits this description. There are no fitting instructions on the packaging however, the listing and description on the Amazon website do indicate this product does fit the KitchenAid model K5SS. My mixer bowl is still too big, even after I adjusted it up and down to the maximum settings. There are also two ways the Beater Blade contacts the bowl, so it creates quite a lot of noise as a result. The beater does not appear to be symmetrical, thereby pointing to a design flaw. All three KitchenAid beaters that came with the mixer have lasted for more than 10 years with no sign of wear or damage. As far as I'm concerned, this is product misrepresentation and poor manufacturing, and it shouldn't be validated by a 30 day return period. The 30-day return policy should not expire after 30 days because the misrepresentation of products does not disappear after 30 days. It is simply a matter of technicality in this case, especially since the packaging specifies a "Lifetime Guarantee. ". My seller told me it's too late to return it and denied my request. It has been reported that others have experienced this same issue with KitchenAid model K5SS, so the Beater Blade should not be offered on that model as.

This is a wonderful feature
I really liked how this worked. The last time I looked for one of these, Kitchen Aid told me that they did not make it to fit my mixer at that time. It's been a few years since then but a friend showed me this one recently. I am very satisfied with its performance. My decision to buy it was a wise one. The only ingredient I used was a can of pumpkin and a box of spice cake mix to make a low-fat cake. Because it does not have any liquid, it is usually more difficult to mix. It was perfect for the job.

This is awesome! I love Whenever I use this attachment, I feel like I am mixing with a pro
Getting everything mixed and not leaving dry ingredients sticking to the sides of the bowl is easier with this method. In contrast to the original attachments, which were die cast metal, this attachment is made of a very hard plastic. When I first received it, it felt cheap, but now I really like how light it is and that it doesn't make much noise (when stored in a bowl it rattles). For your information. The following are a few things to remember 1) Make sure that you do your research to determine which model of mixer you have. There's no way to estimate it by eye. In truth, there are a lot more Kitchen Aids out there than I had thought (many look the same, but they have different bowl sizes). You should know your model before ordering an attachment to ensure you receive the appropriate size. It was too small for me so I had to return it. 3) I didn't know this, but your mixer is really easy to adjust/fine tune the height of the mount where the mixer is attached. You should adjust it when using this attachment because it rubs on the bottom of the bowl when first using it. The exact fit is what you are looking for. blade mount is too high, you won't be able to wash the bottom of the bowl and your dry ingredients won't be thoroughly mixed. I've been using this for a year now, and I can't imagine going without it. If the mount is too low, then this won't fit or rubs too hard on the bottom of the bowl, literally wearing down the plastic spatula blades. You can attach this file to your email. The one I use most of the time is the one I use 90% of the time. You should include this as part of the standard package.

We were told it was the right size for our 5qt bowl lift mixer
The girl was very tall, but wasn't a good size. Prior to purchasing, we made sure this beater blade fit our specific model KitchenAid mixer by using the "Make sure this fits" feature on this page, but the blade was much too tall and even adjusting our bowl height to the lowest position was not sufficient to While it would have been easier to just return it, the Amazon page says that it is the right size for our mixer, so I wanted to use it. The problem is that I cut it and now I cannot return it I had a pressing need to use it right away, so it wasn't my fault It's just a scam because just because it says it will fit doesn't mean it does. Make sure you know what you're buying. In addition, the seams are made of cheap $30 was a complete waste of money.
