It worked fine for a period of 25 days before failing, but the manager of the store assured me they would refund my money and they did so I didn't need to worry about returning the machine. I was happy that the salesperson kept me in the loop and followed up like she promised.

Make ice cubes, but do not make them

Customer service told me the machine does not make ice cubes, but rather a big block of ice. I contacted customer service and they said "Really sorry to hear that! For the commercial ice makers sold on Amazon now, all of them could only make blocks of ice, instead of cubes. However, we could use the ice scoop to break the blocks into There is no way this is acceptable.

It keeps up pretty well and fits Our plan is to buy another machine to go at the other drink mixing station as soon as our expansion is completed. I believe this is a great value considering a larger machine would cost nearly four times the amount. By using more than one of these machines we will not be out of ice all the time.

In August of 2019, we purchased it for an outdoor kitchen area. We didn't open it or use it until months later due to the A few years from now. After we used it for 2 months, the fridge started throwing codes for low freon and, after that, it ceased to make ice. It is concerning when a connection is loose

The system has been in place for three weeks and works well. However, the instructions to hook up the water line are obviously not correct. I am not familiar with the type of fitting that goes into this machine but it is a push-to-connect fitting. There is a piece in the center of the fitting that can be removed. As stated in the instructions, you had to take off a "dust cover" but once you remove the cover, the tubing does not As instructed, the instructions were zero on a scale of one to one As the supply line is pushed into the fitting, it all seems very fragile. Nevertheless, it seems to be holding up.

Due to its size, it keeps plenty of ice for all of our cold drinks in our espresso bar despite not generating too much heat. I also like how quiet it is, and so far there have been no problems. I was unable to find a manual with the unit, but it wasn't that difficult to figure out. However, it would have been nice to have a handbook for troubleshooting if.
