Questions & Answers

Artisan Dough Tray dimensions: What size??

Each tray measures 17 inches wide outside. 5x13x3. It costs $5 per hour. Using the second tray, I have successfully risen 120 ounces of dough by using a lid so that the dough reached its maximum rise height of 7 inches. Piezo trays should be hung in an oven to proofing them. The trays were used in the oven in my review, which will be posted later.

Can anyone tell me what sort o make the tray?

polypropylene is the super high impact copolymer that is used in the Artisan Dough Tray Lid & Scraper.

How heat-resistant is it?? Do you know how much degree level it can to handle? Thanks! ?

A plastic container I use when storing my dough balls. You must keep the temperature of your pizza outside at or cold. I rap my box of pizza in beach towels or black plastic to get the hot sun rays. It looks like this is beneficial for me, my cat.

What is the option for purchasing inst lid? My fridge would be used solely to house the two trays. Thanks?

Air is not forced to be sealed out
3/5

My first taste of pizza came from this dough box set when I attended my first class at a school that specializes in Italian Pizza. Having been exposed to the school's dough box, I became suspicious it was inadequate for securing air. Before I place on a lid, I need to put on a few pieces of plastic wrap, but this plastic wrap does not adhere well to the container. It does not bother me that dough sticks to my fingers when I have a hard time removing it, regardless of the high hydration level. To avoid stuck dough in your cookies from sticking to the bottom of the package, I keep them free of flour or oil.

This dough has a perfect size, but its design makes it difficult to bake with food that has high hydration
3/5

A kitchen refrigerator can be made in this dough box. The 16 dough balls in the container each weigh 300 grams, making this an effective proof product. In general, the external outside of the doughballs drying out never did have problems with my product drying out because I didn't seal it properly. A major problem, however, is that the bottom of the tray does not have a flat surface. There is quite a bit of plastic present, with its middle standing about a quarter of an inch from the ends. As a result, removing dough balls from packaging is a tall order using a spatula because a flat spatula will flatten out the dough when it is sitting on a curved surface. How can you expect to work with someone high-technology and this is disaster. They can be filled with water or soda. It was my expectation that the plastic would be of higher quality than just about anything I've ever encountered.

I am happy I acquired this box since it has made sense to me
4/5

now about six months into my process of making pizzas, I am finally understanding much of what is involved in making them, and my pizza dough is really tasty. Each time I make several batches of dough, I notice that the lid always breaks, the dough is hard, and the container always looks empty, even though I keep it upright. I don't notice. I also have a problem keeping five containers in my side by side for storage. The side refrigerator is the less inconvenient one. I decided to buy this set on Amazon when I saw that it was affordable and had a really good price. First off, I checked the seal on the product when it arrived. I think it's not true. In terms of the lid's fit and quality, there is no locking mechanism. People who have reviewed the site and others like this, should be proven right. However, as a result of the changes I have made since the previous design I thought it would fail. Adding four dough balls to one bucket over night with some containers was a lot more fun than I originally anticipated. After the dough was set, it became dry on the top the next day. It might be my unrealistic expectations that this product performs in an illogical manner. Because there are gases that are released by the seal, it could have been the wrong choice. If the buyer had a better understanding of the seller's intentions with this product, I would have recommended him/her to describe the product. For now, I am not considering returns, instead taking advantage of using the 6 280 grams of dough I can store inside with plenty of space for every foot to bulge and not touch it. Additionally, some of my fridge space can be preserved by storing things on top of the container. Also, the fridge has to be at least 30 feet away from the source of the image. Fridge on side. Therefore, you will have to buy the whole item since it won't fit properly at length. Size is a crucial factor in ordering this item. Using a box doesn't take gas and won't let the dough expand all over. As long as the lid doesn't come off, it won't let dough expand. Depending on how many dough balls you want to keep in the fridge, that's a good number to keep. 4 days. More importantly, this spatula comes in excellent quality - and I found that it could just be grabbed while hand holding the dough. My experience in the fridge was 3 days long, so I will provide an update here. Now I enjoy it more than ever. The ideal temperature setting is to have it in the fridge and allow it to acclimate. After it is ready, the box gets cold, keeping it moist for a short period of time with enough moisture in it to keep the dough moist and just in time for baking. Even if I added another piece of plastic wrap over the dough, once the box has worked, that will not However, if it isn't refrigerated and is over temperature, it will have difficulty being used.

The views on them are really positive
5/5

We use it primarily to package pizza dough balls, but I also do bulk fermentation at night in them along with covering the mixing bowl, which has led to more success than simply using these bins. Although the lids don't fit in properly, they provide enough moisture protection to keep their contents safe. In the outer part of the lid there are only one or two places, which seems reasonable, I would be happy with a second lid though. Can I use it? I don't believe it's particularly useful because they're built to be packed; one's lid falls off while another's is held in place. In the oven too, they've held up quite well as well. scraper is undoubtedly a thick plastic tool and heavy, as this type of tool was. So it was cool to see an efficient and flimsy throw in. Although I use my metal bench knife often when washing dishes, when washing these bins I won't scraping them up because they won't last that long and might not hold their shape. If not, let it spray on an even layer of flour to prevent the sheets from sticking. Additionally, w orgling surfaces may get doughs out if not, but still doable. The cupcakes are also ideal to store/transport because of their dimensions/ heights.

If you have a wood fired pizza oven, you should check whether they are sufficiently insulated
5/5

There are many ancillary items required for a pizza oven, which is a piece of equipment. When you make your own dough, it has to be kept in a special box since cold fermentation leaves it cold. However, the price that they're charging is actually very reasonably compared to other electronics available. are two times more expensive, although they aren't as tall as a walk-up. They are not practical to store in the fridge. There is not much movement between three pieces of dough with 235 grams each within 24 hours. You would use 6 at a time, but you would need to separate your dough carefully after 24 hours. Though I'd toss the spatula given to me, it's actually pretty useful. When making dough at room temperature, it should be set out a few hours before the set out, but if it is left with the stacked ingredients, they will not reach room temperature. Keeping the dough cold is the best feature of the thick plastic. This has simplified the process even more by wrapping them with plastic wrap and setting them apart.

This is a great method for making batch dough but does not give you the best deal
3/5

At first I was hesitant in buying one due to the price. I searched the web for other rubbermaid container styles but none were available. Despite having found a few, I decided to purchase this for some reason as it has a five star rating as well as a nice stack. After reviewing it, my opinion of its value is definitely not too positive. There is no airtight seal on the lid. It's more flimsy and not in compliance with the photo. In my opinion, they do stack up nicely as well, but I won't make them even sweeter in need of preparing more dough. For two plastic trays, the price most likely should not be less than $20. I would be glad to send them back.
