A crack appeared in the glass! There was a crack at the bottom of the glass that extended up both sides of the glass (despite the glass being well packaged and the box being undamaged)

I bought it as a gift and am extremely disappointed. The glass is cracked and I would like to get a replacement as soon as possible. I don't think I should have to send it back!.
