The glass on one of the tables is Box shipping was fine. I have tried returning and replacing but it keeps telling me "contact customer service" and all I can do is speak with a virtual assistant who cannot assist I find it pretty.

There were half of the glasses that were damaged, however the package was fine. I attempted to return and obtain a refund, but the Amazon app would not accept it? I am not pleased with this at all.
