The Cheese Board is made in the People's Republic of China under the strict supervision of the United States.
Bamboo is a dense, mostly water-resistant wood, so it shouldn't harm the surface if you take care of it and don't use razor-sharp knives. This means you should use beeswax or another food-safe treatment. protectant that is safe Bacteria is more likely to collect on food-holding boards. I wouldn't use a razor-sharp knife on it because even the toughest wood will crease and become a potential bacteria breeding ground. a place to gather Always treat it before using it, and clean it thoroughly after each use. Re-treat it on a regular basis. You shouldn't have any issues if you wax it. After it's sealed, any cheese knives should work fine.
Did you oil the board? It is required to do so once a month with food-grade mineral oil.

I fell in love with it so much that I purchased a second one to give as a gift. I'm looking forward to my loved one opening it. br>Large, lovely, excellent quality, and I especially like the four serving/cutting utensils that came with it!.
Its dimensions of 17" long x 11" wide are ideal for holding four or five cheeses, grapes, olives, nuts, and a variety of meats for an al fresco dinner. Can it get any better? On each side of the board, there are two indented sections that safely hold a sleeve of crackers or baguette slices without them falling off. YES! There are two indentations on the underside of the board for easy carrying, as well as a nice slide out drawer that holds four included cheese utensils! Handcrafted in the United States by a small, family-owned company! Being able to support a US company is a huge plus, especially during 2020's turbulent times. br>Cleaning is simple; all I have to do is wash it with warm water and a little dish soap. I don't use water to clean it. I proudly display it on my kitchen counter when it is not in use. This is being given to all five adult families as a holiday present! Excellent value for the money, as well as excellent craftsmanship!.
I have a feeling it will last for a long time.
This was purchased as a present for my mother-in-law. She organizes numerous family gatherings and parties. She adores it and proudly displays it to all of her friends. For the price, the quality is excellent, and it includes all of these handy knives, which are also excellent for cutting cheese. My only criticism is that it could be a little bigger, but that's probably due to the fact that our family is large and we eat a lot of cheese: )br>Overall, I'd recommend it to anyone who throws parties or get-togethers.
I love a good charcuterie board, and this one is just right! The drawer can get stuck at times, but it's worth it for the built-in cheese knives!.
This was something I needed for Thanksgiving this year, but I'm not sure I want to use it now. It has a large gouge in the wood, but the box was undamaged, and the paper around it was undamaged, so it must have come this way. Clearly, their quality assurance personnel are not thoroughly inspecting their products prior to shipment. I was also very excited to receive this.
The wording on the bulletin board is disappointing. It's difficult to read the letters because they are uneven. Please see the photo attached.
