There was a dishwasher circle, but they made it through. ***Gave it 4 stars because the color is not pure black but more of a dark navy blue. There is no doubt about it. The Jet Black 00 you were looking for is not here. Here's the update A small amount of the set has begun to micropeal. A scratch is easily discernible if it is small and visible. There are scratches on the metal/silver surface of the device. There is a black coating on it or something like that. The silverware is to be used on a daily basis. Perhaps within the next two months I'll have the actual Silverware. If you must have black flatware and will only use it once every year, purchase it. For a good part of a decade to a decade and a half, I think. Because the coating is so delicate, the gloves should only be hand washed. There is no material on earth more scratchable than imagine. It is now only worth 3 stars instead of 4. Thanks for your interest, but we are out of stock. There are still many steps to be taken by each of you.

If you think I'm dangerous, just think of me as trying to be a novelty at best. To be honest, I think I have average hands. It's surprising to see so many positive reviews about this set of goods. doubt I would even try using these. . . the handles are too delicate to hold in my hand comfortably.

All of these items are so very very small compared to the other sets I already own, but this is most noticeable when I still hold As I tried to use them, I felt like I was a quick slipup away from cutting into my finger or hand. I will need to research the size better on the next set I look up here. My ignorance will show, but I never thought that was a potential cause of a silverware issue. The irony is not lost on me.

This set has a lot of nice features, like butter knives that are sharp and steak knives that are sharp. In the original set, there were 24 pieces, but there were two table spoons missing. In the event that I had been given those spoons, 5/5 would have been my.

A few more sets were bought recently for some extra kids in the house after I got the first set four months ago. I like the look and value of the silverware as well as the fact it washes well.

It is unfortunate that this set can't be cleaned in a dishwasher. Despite the description stating that these pieces are dishwasher safe, after only three times through our dishwasher, rust has developed on the steak knives and random marks have appeared on the rest of the set. It is a real bummer- The silverware I was looking for is not silverware that has to be hand washed, I don't have that kind of patience and or time.

They are a big hit with our kids! Fortunately, the knives' handles are a bit thicker than we expected (from our last set), but they do not feel unsteady at all. These are great and I highly recommend them!.

A rough surface on the first fork I opened rendered it useless for fishing. They are perfect for blocking cleaning because they have little rough ridges. It's good to be back.
