I've had plates, salad plates, bowls, and coffee mugs for a few months, and I've used them every day for all meals with no damage. So I'd say you're safe in terms of them not scratching. They are my favorite. Just make sure they're at room temperature before putting them in the microwave (if you've stored something on them in the fridge, move the food to another plate that's at room temperature if you need to reheat it in the microwave).
Yes! These plates and bowls come in a set of 12 for me. Before I bought it, I called the company and they said it was "microwave safe." " In the microwave, we've never had a problem with any of our dishes.

It isn't a flat plate at all. In the middle, there is a depression. Although it was not a severe depression, it was still a depression.

I've never seen deformed glass as lumpy as this. These don't appear to have been made professionally. For the price, you might be willing to deal with lumps, but some of them are dangerous projectiles. Despite the fact that it was purchased new, it was received in an open box. It was filthy and had a black residue on it when it arrived. IKEA has SMOOTH, microwaveable glassware that is less expensive and more attractive.
As part of a coffee gift bag for Christmas, I gave my coworkers a saucer set. They were enamored with the appearance of the cups, but they cracked as soon as they put them in the microwave. Microwave instructions are not included in the product's information, but they should be. They say they're dishwasher safe, but there's no mention of microwave safety, so buyer beware! br>NOTE: THIS PAGE HAS BEEN UPDATED. The second person I gave these to had the cup completely shatter on her while it was filled with hot water!.
Dishware is fantastic. Last month, I purchased these bowls, dinner plates, and saucers, and I am very pleased with my purchase. Granted, the dishware I'd been using for the past ten years was covered in pink flowers (so any change is welcome), but this set is exactly what I needed. The stickers on each piece are a pain to remove (especially with three sets of dishes), but a little "Goo Gone" took care of the rest. br>br>The saucers are a good size, bigger than I expected; I thought the raised sides were a little excessive at first, but I find it helps to keep items on the plate. I also use the bowls and saucers to hold extra ingredients while cooking, which makes things a lot easier. It's convenient to have dishware on hand that can be used in a variety of situations. The only criticism I have is that fingerprints are easily visible on them. br>br> But that's a personal preference (my fingers are notorious for leaving prints on everything), and other dishware isn't finger-print proof; you just won't notice it as much as you would with clear dishware. In terms of shipping, I've had issues with Target delivering Libbey items in good condition, but thankfully, Amazon was the shipper, and all 36 pieces arrived in perfect condition.
I have the Crisa Moderno dinner and dessert plates in clear. They are fantastic. They aren't delicate or fussy in the least. looking. They serve as the ideal backdrop for all of my culinary endeavors. They are so nice and substantial that I would definitely consider giving them as a gift. In my 36 years of marriage, I've gone through countless sets of dinnerware in search of the perfect set for every occasion. THESE ARE THE PERSONS IN QUESTION. But they're also great for entertaining, and I won't be getting rid of my Royal Doulton with the hand-painted Periwinkles any time soon because I can't guarantee that Hyacinth Bucket won't pop up again. Someday, I'll be knocking.
My wife was apprehensive about going all-out. Our table has a glass look to it, but it has proven to be durable and attractive, and we love the consistent and timeless effect it provides on a budget.
The stickers did not stick to the plates or leave any residue. They were simple to remove, and the plates were spotless when they emerged from the dishwasher. I cut something with a sharp/serrated knife while it was on one of these plates the other day without thinking about it. I was concerned that I had scratched the plate, but it was in perfect condition - Glass is unquestionably tough.
While the price is reasonable and the quality of the glass is satisfactory - They appear to have been purchased at a discharged plate auction based on the number on them. You are capable of greater accomplishments - purchase additional items.
After a ten-year run, we're on our second full set. In a Williams-Sonoma store, I came across these tempered glass pieces. Although I ordered from the Sonoma catalog, I dealt with the manufacturer through Amazon. Every dish is an artistic placement of one's food fare, and it is not expensive. In the years we've been using it, I've only broken one plate. It was entirely my fault, though it did shatter magnificently. Others have landed on tile floors without scratching or breaking them.
