It arrived quickly and in great condition. I am very happy with it. They were put to use I like the way the pitcher pours. Keeps you hot for an extended period of time. It is definitely better to use 8 oz cups, as they are 1 to 2 ounces larger than most and they stay warm for a long period of time. You can feel it getting hot to touch the outside of the pitcher. The only thing I need to replace is the lid and pot. Taking precautions is a must. It's a nice present for a tea drinker and I probably would choose this set if I needed one.
