Questions & Answers
Was this knife made in a certain country?
Yangjiang was incorporated into a city only in 1988, so our knives are made in Yangjiang. Knife production in the Soviet Union did not begin until the 1980s, when the Communist government opened a state-owned factory. The number of cutlery companies in Yangjiang has now increased to about 1500, of which about half have transferred to private ownership. There is a substantial supply of knives produced in Yangjiang for the Chinese market, the global export market, as well as the knife counterfeiting industry.
According to my understanding, black hammered parts are more susceptible to rust, so why do your guys still buy these kinds As a matter of fact, I like the design, but can I order it?
The owner of a blade hammered technique has to put in extra effort to take care of it. Just go ahead and buy the regular chef knives if that's okay with you
Can you tell me where these are ?

I use it for my daily cooking because it's very sharp
In other words, My current chef knife is an 8 inch Damascus chef knife but I wanted something a little smaller just for the daily tasks as the blade of my 8 inch chef knife was just too long for me. It is very comfortable to hold this knife as it has a nice grip. As far as steel is concerned, the steel used in this blade is top of the line Damascus steel, which I appreciate greatly. The blade itself is extremely sharp and cuts through anything without difficulty. recently made some tuna sashimi with this knife and it cut the tuna with ease, the knife also passed the infamous paper cut test like a pro. I like that I can use the knife without it being too heavy or too light. It is very balanced, especially when it's.
There are no Japanese knives and it's just out of the question
For what it costs, this is a great knife. This Japanese knife isn't at the top of its game. It feels quite clunky in comparison to a good Japanese knife. You aren't going to spend $40 here and get the real deal. To work until these Shun knives arrive, I bought a guy to do some work until the Shun knives return. I like it a lot! The balance isn't all that good, which is what In addition to that, it's up decently well, though not as sharp as I had hoped. The purchase has been a good one for me. The knife is something I'll keep around to use as a knock around knife and bring on camping.

The quality of this print is excellent and the print is very sharp
In other words, In our kitchen, we needed a new knife and this is the one we chose. We have had our kitchen knives for many years, but it is getting time to replace them, and this is the size we use the most so we started with this one. It is very sharp and cleans up very easily, the design prevents food from sticking better than a smooth finish, so for everything I wanted from a kitchen knife, this one does it, just know that if you are looking for a very good product, it is not dishwasher friendly.

A knife with a great deal of sharpness
A very well made knife. The knife was a little heavy than expected, but the weight was not too bad for it to be used. I was pleased with the packaging and how well the knife was The blade of the knife was extremely sharp when I tested it on a few items.

A PROFESSIONAL CHEF will cook at home for you
This knife comes in a very high quality box, and when I examined it I was immediately struck by the beauty of the craftsmanship. I had the feeling that it was truly refined. The blade is made of Japanese alloy steel, so it is fairly obvious it is real. There is an AUS-coated blade on this one The center layer in layer 10 performs like all my other AUS-10 layers The blades are 10 in number. The new blade only required a few strokes on a ceramic steel and I was ready to go. I've been cutting fruit, vegetables, and meat with this blade for over a week, and it has only required a few more trips to the steel, and it is still as sharp as it was on the very first use. The material is thin and light, so it will glide through every Despite its lean nature, it manages to be very easy to deal with.

Out of the box, this is a beautiful and sharp device
Having grown up in a chef family, I decided to get an upgrade in my kitchen knives. A damascus knife was always one of my favorites, and this knife is just as beautiful in person as it appears in the pictures. I can't even begin to imagine how nice this looks, because my camera can't pick up the details. There is nothing sharper or more efficient than it's out of the box and it cuts better than anything I've own In addition to these two, there are 2 other major This blade has a flat edge that extends all the way down to the base, making it much more pleasant to use for cutting and sharpening. Not that I'll be sharpening this The one I bought for Christmas is thoroughly impressed, and I came back to purchase another one for a close friend.
