You can use it for cooking, but be careful how you condition it, don't use it to cook, and handle it
The object is not made of This Tagine had been reported to have cracked packaging, so I hesitated to order it, but I did when it arrived I was surprised by the quality of the packaging and condition of the Tagine. First use of this product was pleasant thanks to my own diffuser on an electric glass top (induction) for about three hours on five to two (of ten) settings. It was very easy to clean! Figs, green olives, and almonds were served with braised short ribs for a fantastic meal! I find this tagine to be easy to clean compared to the usual ones I've used. A similar unglazed one is also used by me. The following should be done as a follow-up It appeared that the hair was cracking and leaking The jug is still functional, but the liquid leaks! In the long run, it may be dangerous! As a result of boiling and simmering a cup of milk in the Tagine the hair cracks that were leaking thin liquid seem to have been sealed! Just now, I ordered another glazed tagine from another source, and I immediately noticed a difference in the quality of the glazing. It is far inferior to the one with a crack and I will not purchase As of today, this tagine is disposable, so I changed my review to one star!.

This is an update on Tagine
The mood is not good! OK, so at the time of purchase, I really liked this necklace. A family dinner can be served as a result of its larger size. Last night, I used it. I think this is around my fifth or sixth time using The lid of the pot cracked midway through cooking, causing liquid to leak It was medium heat that I used. retrospect, I think this tagine is just too thin and lightweight to be used for long periods of time. A very disappointing experience.

For flavorful recipes that go beyond the North-America, this is a MUST have African continent
Tajine cookware is one of the most essential utensils to have in the kitchen, and is a MUST have for cooking any type of slow cooked stew. This is a cookware designed specifically to keep the flavors inside. As you heat things up, the flavor (ester) evaporates into the vapor and disappears with it. By creating the chimney-like shape, the vapor cools on the clay and drips back out again, you can get an alambic effect with the essence in the dish again. We have been very happy with the results, including a traditional Tajine (chicken, lemon, olives, and almonds), a vegetable Tajine (aubergines, chickpeas, apricots, carrots, honey), and some tasty fish stews. As I read some reviews, some claim theirs broke or that the pot was too sensitive to heat. I am sure that there are many more. You don't want to cook in a clay pot if you don't know how to condition it, or yes, it'll fall apart. You will never have to cure clay Inspecting the cleaning
You should not wash this pot in a dishwasher or you may damage the external glaze and need to cure the pot a second time. You may need to re-oil slightly if the clay is too dry. In the kitchen- If you plan to use it again, start at a low temperature and raise it The clay does not, however, like a sudden drop in temperature, so exposing it directly to immediate flame is not However, I fry my ingredients in this before I begin my recipe, so there will be no cracking. You should have a diffuser, regardless of the type of fuel you use. In my previous post, I made a model suggestion I have no problems with the flat. Now clay takes a long time to heat up, so you'll have to wait between 10 to 15 minutes before you can Remember, however, that earthware will retain heat for a long time after the gas has been turned off (consider for your recipe) so be aware that your dish will continue to cook for a good 10 minutes after the gas has been turned off. You are going to enjoy it, I hope.

Definitely a great vendor to work with
When the tagine originally arrived with a broken base, Raphael Rozen wrote me back and, without any obligation to return the product, replaced it at no cost to me and sent me a heat diffuser for the range. Vendor of very high integrity.

The Netmart service is not great, but the product might be good
Here's what we got The diffuser has gone missing! Paper and a box are thrown in a box. Wrapped in paper is not allowed. Paper is not used to package this product. There were just a few pieces of paper and a big ceramic pot, bigger than the box so that the box was misshaped by the pot. The diffuser is not present. It would be more correct to say ceramic pieces of what was probably Netmart is the only store from which I'm never going to buy from.

The first time I used it, it cracked
The directions had directed me to submerge it in water. I waited until it was dry before using. We are trying to wait just a moment to make sure, but the crack is beginning to be heard. My diffuser is on now and I'm making my lamb dish. I see cracks in this dish. I need to speak with the seller* This is not acceptable.

I love it! I do not know what those three things are supposed to accomplish, but nevertheless I did them
Well, the good news is that I have been cooking up a storm with this bad boy and all of my dishes have been After trying Moroccan cuisine for the first time, I'm hooked. A must-have for any home or office. Lastly, I should also note that although the seller forgot to include the apparently all-important copy of He promptly sent me an extra heat diffuser (the extra no charge as a courtesy) after I contacted him about the mistake. He corrects the mistake in the original shipment (this keeps it from cracking over a gas stove). I appreciate the excellent customer service as well as the extremely carefully packaged tagine. To extract it, we almost had to break something.

The dish looks beautiful and tastes delicious
