Can you tell me what kind of metal is used in ?

The steel used is stainless steel

How high is the strainer / how deep is it?

There are 2 inches of depth and 2 inches of width in the strainer The basket is roughly 1/4 inch wide.

Could this be replaced with a strainer?

It's not clear to me. So far, I have not had to replace any. Every time I wash the strainers, I wash them by hand. They become weaker if they are put in a dishwasher.

Can the basket be made in the USA, as well as the entire product?

That's impossible for me to say!

With this strainer, you can drink tea of any size. I use loose leaf teas for a cleanse and diet tea in the morning in order to curb my I'm able to carry it easily to the office and I can clean it easily.

Tea strainer that is perfect for tea

A strainer like this could go on top of any size cup I have, and I know that I have a lot In addition to a love for tea, I'm also a fan of pottery. My strainer would even fit on top of a piece of my tea kettle. You can make your tea as strong as you like by straining the tea with the strainer that is long and narrow enough to penetrate the tea inside the cup. The strainer is made of unusually strong metal. There are plenty of strainers out there, but none have a mesh weave as tight as this. The tea strainer that I purchased has not gotten lumpy or warped over time like some of my other tea strainers. I expect that it will last a long time, possibly even the same as myself. It's the first time I've ever found a tea strainer that fits big cups. I was hoping to find one for a long time, but this one exceeded.
