This baking set is fantastic. They fit in all of my pots and pans. including the one I made with the cheesecake! I like how they come in a variety of sizes and how easily they can be cleaned. They will stain and harden over time (these are replacements), but they are inexpensive and available in a variety of sizes. We use them on a regular basis and have reduced our use of aluminum foil significantly.

For me, the answer is a resounding NO! me! Heat is not distributed evenly! I baked chocolate chip cookies with the mat, using the same baking time and temperature as usual

The bottoms of the cookies were raw. I put them back in the oven for a longer cooking time than usual, which turned out to be a disaster. The insides and bottoms of the cookies were mushy, and the tops were overcooked. br>NOTE: I baked two standard-size chocolate chip cookies for more than 25 minutes, and they were still raw when I lifted them up.
