There is no difference between the plates in the photo and actual ones, just a I was pleased with how well they were packaged. Since these have almost straight sides rather than the slanted sides saw in most pie plates, I chose them. My homemade rolls will come out well, and my quiche will turn out great, too!.

I have flared my ears much deeper than I did in the past A pie pan with a 1-inch edge is approximately the size of a tart pan. Approximately 8" tall. Make sure the pan you are going to use has enough depth to hold the filling, or else it may affect the result Ratio of crust thickness to surface thickness. My preference is for shallower pans since I prefer the crust more.
There is no doubt about the quality.
- They are heavy ceramic tiles that you can put in the dishwasher without any problems. White looks crisp and clean, and I like the color. I will - While the flared edges don't create a great deal of flare, they do add a little flair to the finished crust.

It's hard to believe the quality of these pie pans. My favorite part about them is how deep they are, and how easy they are to clean afterwards! Besides having great use in your regular pie with pie crust, I also love using these to make our batch of blueberry muffins instead of using conventional Clean up is made easier with this. Neither hand or dish washer are required for these to clean up! You should be aware that these abs are heavy duty and heavy in weight. This will come in handy when it gets cold because I intend to make pot pies.
