I just got it today so I haven't used it yet, but the box did say that it was made of steel. What a strange thing to say.
They are wonderful tart pans and I am very pleased with them. There's no connection between them As well as the sticky top, the removable bottom makes it easy to remove pastries. Also, I like the variety of sizes and the price is very reasonable for a good quality pan. You should check them out!.

As someone who makes tarts, I like these small tart pans for their ability to fit in the convection oven. However, I wish there was a way to increase their number because our family has more than four members. You can use the ten inch size for example to make a dinner tart or quiche. There is no such thing The coating and surfaces of the sticks are holding up well so far. As such, if I had the opportunity to make an improvement to the price, I would suggest adding a couple dollars and making it six small tart pans, which would be an ideal number for a dessert.
