So I bought this set of replacement lids. As for me, I was hoping to get 6 years' worth of use out of these. I have only had my microwave for a couple of months, yet today when I microwaved my lunch for 90 seconds, the lid started to melt inside my food! There is a clear warning beneath the lid that it should be used for use in the refrigerator, freezer, and microwave. It was terrible!.

Despite the fact that glass Pyrex bowls last forever, plastic tops tend to break after a while. The tops of some sets of cabinets have been hard to find until recently, and replacing the set, glass included, has been even harder. The new gloves are perfect for the job, and will last for many years before needing to be replaced.
After foolishly microwaving the tops of a few 4 cup pyrex bowls (and ruining them), this was exactly what I needed. It's very classy and the colors are adorable. I'm glad that I can replace my favorite dishes with these new ones.
The lids I bought were extremely well made, and I am glad I was able to get them. Despite their softness, they are not brittle, and they fit in the Pyrex and Anchor bowls perfectly. I love the colors as well!.
These lids for Pyrex are good replacements. The dish towels are just as good as the ones that are supplied.
I find it strange that a bunch can cost so much, but I guess that's life. This is what they do.
