I found the bags to be slightly lower quality than Wilton, but I found they worked perfectly for my purposes. Cake decorations can be made with this! It is made of thick plastic, holds a lot of frosting, cuts well, and is easy to wash and reuse. The material is stiff, which is what I like, but still easy to cover and twist with glitter. When I purchased these, I originally intended to use them for cookie decorating, but found that since they are too large, I cannot use them with the amounts of frosting and small details I use. These are great for any small project (rolling cookies, decorating french macarons, etc), but I'd recommend the 12 inch size if you are working on a smaller scale.
