Questions & Answers

Do you know the gauge of the steel and whether it really is stainless steel?

The stainless steel will be rust resistant if it is 400 series stainless steel. A magnet WILL stick to it. The magnet will not stick to stainless steel 300 series and it will not rust either.

Is there a size limit to the turkey it will hold in pounds?

While I haven't used it for roasting, I would estimate it to be between 10 to 12 minutes A 12# turkey can easily be handled.

There is a statement underneath the picture that says "Measures 16" A 12-inch x 12-inch sheet 2 inches by 2 inches The second half of the word It is one inch wide. After that, the product dimensions are listed as "8 x 16 x 2". This is 5 inches far". Do you have an 8 or 12 inch wide computer?

That is a typo, it should be 12 not 8

The pan's interior measurements are what type of material is it made of? A 10 inch spring form will work just fine, but I need a pan that can hold it. How does the 16 x 12 relate to the interior or exterior of the house?

Having just measured this pan, it is outside. I wish you the best of luck.

I would not recommend buying it due to the poor overall quality
3/5

On the inside of the rack, there is very poor quality. The dishwasher rusts it, so it is no longer usable. My recommendation would be to steer clear of.

There are some good things and some bad things
4/5

It was well made and of good quality for the price however, the structure of the wire rack within it is flimsy and light. In this instance, the wire rack's legs are too short and the meat is not elevated off the bottom high enough. It is normal for the wire rack to buckle a bit if you are cooking heavier By doing this, the meat cooks in its own fat instead of having the fat drained.

I'm not talking about Teflon
3/5

A lot of work remains to be done ,
we'll see how robust it is in time. This will at least prevent the use of poisonous coatings.
We will keep our fingers.
