I purchased a window treatment that does not include a valance.
It was so hard for me to overcome a two-inch rod that I was only able to get it over six inches without sweating myself to death trying. In the end, I ended up adding hooks to the bag and using rings on my 2" pole since I couldn't return it. A 1.5" pole is probably best, but 1 5/8 should work.
If you look on the sizes for the Valance you'll see that there is an option. You'll need to order three of them to match the photo. This material does not 'flow' like satin or silk (in fairness, the advertisement does not say this). I returned mine (valances), but I could not get it to match the picture which made it look almost like silk.

I, like many people, read reviews before purchasing any item most of the reviews I read were positive, so I bought it. am so happy that I didn't have disappointments with them, they look so elegant and I like them so much. Their real purpose is more as a window dressing. I cannot tell how thick it is. You should be posh if you want to be considered so It's up to you!.
Glad to hear that! bought 95" curtains and hung them about 2 inches from the ceiling to give the window an air of spaciousness. The curtain panels and valances totaled 4 and 5 overall. The curtain rods I purchased from Amazon allowed me to hang this curtain. In addition to the 12 inch long tassle tiebacks that I bought on Amazon, I also got 12 inch long tassle tiebacks in a bronze shade. A drapery medallion is used to hold the tassles. There is nothing like that in the Valance was a waste of money and I do not recommend it at all. This is horrendous.
