The little handle was put on after it was taken out of the box. Firstly, the parts were placed on top of the plastic, so when I opened the box it was not obvious where they were, so they flew about. There is no way to tightly tighten the parts using your fingers, making it a pain to assemble. It'll be extremely wobbly if you don't have some tool handy. It upset me greatly when I noticed the lid was chipped on one of the sides. In addition, I did not break My apologies in not noticing that after I spent a considerable amount of time fiddling with the dumb handle. My Amazon credit card will be refunded as soon as I call them. Despite the fact that the concept is cool and the design is good, it stinks. There's another place I can buy an ashtray.
