In order for my costume to match, I needed a color matching my shoes. My pleasant surprise is the quality of the work. For the price, you can't go wrong with this fan. The top part of the bottle does have a silver line. Some parts of the black are visible. It has been a while since I've actually used it, but it made good air in the test.
