The clock looks the same to me! There is just a slight price difference on the official manufacturer's web site.
There have been temperatures Item 5F & Item 5D 10) at my house and it always shows the temperature, even when it's below zero Fahrenheit, so I would say that range in the description is a typo.

Walls with these go near the ceiling, near the top of the walls. There is too little light inside for the indoor temperature to be read. I like it other than that.
With this display you can see the inside and outside temperatures, the humidity, the date, and, of course, the time. It's easy to read.
Before purchasing the item, I read some bad reviews, but the good reviews outweighed the bad ones. In light of this I figured it was worth a shot. The time and temperature numbers are both big enough, and I like how they are so large. We'd like the numbers that indicate the date to be larger, as they are difficult.
I previously owned a LaCrosse atomic clock, but over time (15+ years) it stopped working as an outdoor temperature gauge. This new unit works well and looks great. In fact, it looks even better than the old one did.
I really like how it looks against an almost white background. Setting up takes only a few minutes. In the first month, I haven't encountered any problems.
A good way to know both the inside and the outside temperature. My recommendation is to check it out.
This display is easy to read, even under low light, and is bold and easy to read the time and outside temperature.
