I'm not sure about the battery operated one, but I used pine cone weights for a 7-day wind up. You slide up a leaf. However, if it helps you, you can slow down to regulate the time.
With the metal retainer attached, the weight is 6 grams.
Sorry, but I'm not sure why you'd require three different weights. The weight and timing are adjusted by sliding the leaf up and down on the shaft.

This pendulum has made me very happy. I was unsure whether the attachment hook would work with my clock, but it did. For those who are also curious, I took a photo. A very glossy varnish has been used to stain the finish. The maple leaf on the stick can slide up and down, allowing you to adjust the time on your clock to your liking. I placed my order and received it via USPS in Quebec, Canada, within ten days. If I had one wish, it would be that it was available unfinished and unvarnished so that I could stain it to match the color of my clock more closely, but it will suffice.
Pro: The replacement pendulum for the missing pendulum from the original clock arrived quickly and worked exactly as described. Although the color was darker than expected, it had no bearing on the performance.
Con: The finish is extremely high gloss. An application that is a little sloppy. A vintage cuckoo clock appears to be 'wrong. ' I'm going to try to get rid of the poly finish for a more natural look.

I called the company today to inform them that the pendulum I bought from them would not work with my cuckoo clock. They informed me that I had purchased the incorrect pendulum and that a chart could be found on their website with instructions on how to obtain the correct one. They don't have a chart like that; instead, they have a 30-day calendar. I'm not able to return it because of the 14-day return policy. Because the person I spoke with was extremely uncooperative, I give them a one-star rating for poor customer service. BUYER BEWARE.
