Even though it does seem to work in some ways, this product does not perform as advertised on TV. It was necessary for me to clean my windows with window cleaner after I used Full Crystal twice. Though it's easy to use, it's not very intuitive. My windows were left with water spots after using the Full Crystal. have not recently tested my water, but I'm not sure whether it is hard or soft.
