AIR IS OK, but foam is not. The latest update is as follows I have discovered that the rubber gasket that sits at the top of the disposal is a major cause of reoccurring stink. This prevents stuff from flying back out from your garage as well as prevents flying out from your garage. ALL the little groves on this tshirt are a major area where mildew and stink begin. You can smell it immediately even after soaking it in vinegar as described above. I was able to get rid of it. My purchase was a plastic stopper with holes that allowed fluid to flow freely. In order to prevent things from flying out when I use the disposal, I remove it, load it up with garbage, then replace it before starting it. Besides allowing plenty of water flow, the holes are designed in such a way that This easy to use design prevents mildew from building up or stinking due to the lack of crevices and groves. There was still a smell in the gasket even though it was clean. The vinegar did the trick after some time submerged in it. The foam I bought is designed to be used on a weekly basis to prevent any odors. Although it does the job inside the barely used disposal perfectly, it doesn't seem to be as effective when it comes to the rubber gasket when mildew starts to grow Even with the vinegar, I still remove it, scour it both sides, and douse it with it before putting it back in the hole. The brush is a useful tool, and I've never had a problem with it coming off the handle.
I must have thought I had hit a jackpot here since the brush made a significant difference, but then it broke. Although it can be put into the dishwasher afterward and it is effective in cleaning disposer, it is cumbersome to use since the handle has to be put back on each time. If I glue it on, it will be difficult because I am using a relatively soft plastic. I cannot recommend this set because it is not worth the price.
In their own right, these cans of cleaner do a great job of cleaning your disposal, but pair them with the brush to get into the hard-to-reach crevices, and you've got a winning combination. Whenever I need to refresh my smell, I use this foam. It smells so nice! I use it weekly for a quick scent touch up. to fit any disposal, and is especially useful if your garbage disposal does not have a removable rubber flange. (They still make these. Where is it coming from? It is hard to know). This is an excellent purchase. An investment that is rather pricey, but one that is worth the money.

I polished it and made it shine. I cleaned under the rubber flap and the smell was much improved after the gunk was removed. This product is awesome!.
