I use them and have had great success with them. With no bladder control, I was sleeping with three Attends 23x36 pads. All I needed was a regular Maxxie pad and one (1) of these for the night. They adhere to each other in the same way that sanitary napkins do.
100 total, divided into four packs of 25 each.
Take a look at the McKesson brand, for example.
Each of the four packs in my box contains a total of 25 items.

The best pads at the best price. I care for my Alzheimer's-affected wife, who has been incontinent for the past seven years, so I've bought thousands of pads, and these are the best because of their quilted design, which allows them to last longer.
The advertised size was not accurate. They are 30" x 36" according to the description, but as you can see in the photo, the interior is 25 1/4" x 31 1/2" and the exterior is 28 1/2" x 35". We thought these were a couple of inches bigger than the Amazon basics when we bought them. Clearly, they aren't. The rate of absorption appears to be similar to that of the Amazon fundamentals. Because you have to give a star rating, I'll give it a 3 for misleading advertising. Maybe they're from China, and their yardsticks aren't as big. The adhesive strips on the back help secure it to a mattress cover, which keeps it from moving around.
They're a lot bigger, absorb a lot more, and don't slide around on my porcelain floor as easily. These are something I'll keep buying. They're a little more expensive, but they're well worth it because I don't have to use twice as many to cover the floor, and they absorb a lot better, so I don't have to replace them as frequently. The delivery was lightning fast, and they're useful for a variety of other tasks as well. I use them to protect my furniture by placing them under blankets on sofas and chairs, as well as when painting or doing other small tasks. When my father was bedridden after a stroke, I used to get these from the VA, and they were just as effective. It's a good idea to have one on hand because it's so versatile.
It makes me curious as to what's going on. These pads are a complete waste of money (pun intended). This product has a pleasing appearance - It looks great at first, but once you use it, you'll find that it's a complete waste of time. Absorptivity is non-existent, and the money spent is a complete waste. There was no way I could give it a two-star rating. It's possible that people aren't making proper use of them - Just a smidgeon of a trickle However, for everyday use and routine - It was just a regular urinary issue, nothing unusual - They're completely ineffective. The urine literally drips to the side and is not absorbed. And yes, the advertised size is completely incorrect; there's no room for error. They're just a few inches smaller in both directions, plain and simple. I continued to use them in the hopes that they would function. You're probably aware of the situation - You purchased something, and quite a bit of it. You need it to work, you're hoping you're doing something wrong, and you simply don't have the time to deal with it, so you keep trying. To see if it helped, I first used two pads, then three and overlapped them. Then I became enraged, but I persisted in ordering, swearing that I would never do so again. What a complete waste of money, not only on my part, but on the part of anyone who would consider creating a shoddy product and then selling it. What a waste of time and money. I looked after my mother and father with the military's and then hospice's pads, which were now functional. This isn't a difficult task. So, yes, these do not hold any fluids, yes, they do create a wet puddle beneath them, and yes, everything flows over the edge. There is nothing but garbage. The color is a lovely pink.
These are NOT what is shown in the picture; they have a horrible weird backing that feels bad and soaks up liquid quickly, soaking everything beneath it. It appears in the photo that the backing is plastic, but it is not! Don't buy because they won't let me return them, and it'll cost you a lot of money to throw them away because they're useless!.
They're thick and absorbent, and they don't leak at all. I tell all of my new puppy owners about this product. Pet store pads are thinner, smaller, and less absorbent, so don't be fooled by the bulk price. Because this product is larger and more adsorbent, you will use less of it. These pads have a tape strip on the back to keep them from sliding, folding under, or moving. this dimension - The pad is big enough for two adult dogs and a litter of up to seven puppies. There are eight puppies in this litter. Due to the fact that puppies drink and pee pee a little more than adults, you may find yourself using two pads per day on occasion. This is an excellent product, which I will continue to buy and use from Amazon. It's all about the quality and price, with bulk boxes from pet stores being especially important because the size is smaller and the pads are thinner. I hope that consumers will find this useful. If you're using them as a bed pad, you can rest easy knowing that they won't slide around on the tape strip and won't clog up your bedding. This product is used in many nursing homes because it will stay in place despite body movement.
I've ordered these pads in the past and have always been pleased. They were the right size and weren't as flimsy as some of the other brands I'd tried. br>This time, I was dismayed to discover adhesive strips running the length of the pads' backs. The "tapes" that cover these strips are flimsy and easily come loose and/or fall off when a person in bed moves around. When these strips are too loose, they can bunch up underneath a person and make them feel very uneasy. When the tapes or covers come loose or fall off, the adhesive strip adheres to whatever it comes into contact with when a person moves or turns. This is infuriating as well as uncomfortable. When the pieces of a pad stick together or to bed linens, it can make the pad useless in the event of an accident. Regardless of whether or not the pads are soiled, they must be replaced. It's ridiculous! br>I don't see why these strips are necessary or useful, and I'm baffled as to why a perfectly good and dependable product has been ruined. br>At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I am extremely disappointed. Now it appears that I'll have to start looking for decent underpads for a heavy, alert, geriatric person I look after once more. Because we go through two cases of these pads every month, cost is always an issue. br>Do you have any ideas?.
