It wasn't quite as "puffy" as the photos suggest, but it's a well-made mattress pad nonetheless. Because the elastic skirt stretches so much, you won't have any trouble fitting it on deeper mattresses or mattresses with memory foam toppers, as I did.

It's luxurious! I recently bought a gel topper for my mattress, and it feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud now that it's on top of it. With this cover on, my mattress is noticeably more comfortable and has a different texture. My queen 8-inch memory foam mattress with a 2-inch gel topper fit perfectly in the pockets. Very comfortable and warm. For the price, I highly recommend it!.

Without a doubt, this one does! I haven't washed it yet, so I'm not sure if it will shrink or how much it will shrink, but there is room for some shrinkage and it will still fit. Because I live in a hot climate and have a well-padded mattress, I didn't want or need a thick pad. This one has a little more padding, but I didn't wake up sweating like I did with the last one. I bought a second one for a guest room after being wowed by the product and its low cost.

This was a replacement for my old mattress cover, and for the price, you can't beat it. The stitching holds its shape perfectly when washed multiple times, and none of the areas bunch up and become irritating; it will always remain soft and fluffy. It will not resist water, and if you don't catch it right away, it will soak right in. I gave my cat a treat, and right after washing and drying it, he accidentally threw up on the freshly placed cover while I wasn't looking, so I had to wash it again. Cat throw up will wash up fine, but if you don't catch it right away, it will soak in.

Update: DO NOT BUY this mattress because it has a hump in the middle from being folded in half and rolled in the box. br>It's a king size, but it's really two twins because the hump runs down the center between two people and it's impossible to sleep on. br>After 6 months of use, the lump is still there, and the company refuses to honor the warranty without pictures! It's difficult to capture in a photograph, but you can definitely feel it! Imagine folding a piece of paper and then attempting to remove the crease completely; you won't be able to!.
