As shown in the pictures, it's exactly like it is. My expectation for the pillow was for it to be softer and squishier since it's a soft cover. I found the pillow to be harder than I had expected.

Although I haven't put it in my car yet, I kinda wish the strap were adjustable rather than a stretchy band. Other than that, I would recommend the product.

A very high quality product! They're super soft and super squishy- I wasn't expecting much but they surprised me- My head rest was a bit tight so the straps had a little difficulty getting over
