After ACL surgery my recovery consists of using different wedges to assist in my movement. There were a few things I would have changed, but this was pretty Despite it being the perfect width, I am able to rest both my legs comfortably on it. I can fit it on both sides of my bed, and it fits on both sides of the sofa. It is the perfect height, just above the level of the knees. My brace was perfectly angled even as it was locked into the 'splint' position. I could sleep with the leg elevated in the brace with it in this position. In my opinion, it would have been perfect if it had been 2" longer. I am 5'6", so even when the angle is positioned for maximum knee comfort, it does not accommodate my heels. As soon as I get the positioning right, I am comfortable, but once I become accustomed to it, it is fine. I like how comfortable the cover is and how cool it sleeps. My surgery was in November, so since then I have used it frequently during the day and all night every night. Elevation (and icing) is credited with keeping my swelling to a minimum, according to my physical therapist.

It is a good pillow in and of itself. I do agree that it serves the purpose to some degree, however the pillowcase and cover are garbage. The keyboard has a tendency to scratch after several uses. tried to flatten it by washing it with the hopes that it would flatten the side panels. ABRASION OF THIS PRODUCT AGAINST THE SKIN CAN BE VERY UNCOMFORTLESS. The comforter is way smaller than all of the online standard feet pillow sizes, which are 24 X 21 X 8. I looked online for replacement pillows and noticed that this is much smaller than the online standard feet pillows, which are 24 X 21 X 8. ONLY 24 SQUARE METERS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS PILLOW. This is my 6 x 16 picture. The pillow covers sold here are 8 x 8 and smaller than any of those sold elsewhere.
