A defective thermarest micro pump that had been discontinued was replaced with this. Among the pumps we tested, this one was at least three times as fast as the previous one. A new charge allowed it to inflate a large NeoAir thermarest It takes only a minute or two to inflate an air mattress. During the first charge of the battery, I've already inflated the mattress 8 times. It doesn't seem to be slowing down at all. There is no need to buy batteries. Furthermore, it is much cheaper than the Thermarest pump. The thermarest pump probably won't last as long as this one.
