The moment I look at it, I get mad at I actually get a headache because the ends are hard/stiff and hurt. I find the lack of vibration the most frustrating part. When I move it on my head in circular motions, I cannot even tell that it is vibrating. It has both vibration settings that are bad and I have tried new batteries, which are still bad.
