The shape of the scraper is unique which I find useful to get a little deeper area of lips scraped. I also used it on my scalp and it felt great! the shape of this tool and a set of usual pieces (see my review of a recently acquired tool-- l purchased red jade tools) would be sufficient for your Gua This is a great buy for me!.
