Questions & Answers
It feels harder than a tennis ball, but it's more effective because you can roll the entire bottom of your foot at the same time. Depending on how much of your own weight you put on it, you can control the pressure to some extent. It's more comfortable than a tennis ball in my opinion.
Soft ridges allow the log to roll across the bottom of the foot and is approximately 5 inches long x 1 1/2 inch diameter.
I had been using it for one foot at a time, but for this question, I decided to try both feet at once. It works for my feet (which are a little on the narrow side), but the very edges of my feet are a little off the roller. The pinky toe is the only part of the foot that has been affected. The roller has a length of 5 inches.
Yes, latex is present in this item.

Let me tell you what worked for me after 8 months of plantar fasciitis, two doctor visits, and four weeks of physical therapy in an effort to help others with plantar fasciitis - It wasn't the doctor or the physical therapist, though my physical therapist did assist me. With an aerobic stepper (KLB Sport 27" Adjustable Exercise Equipment Step Platform), PT had me do ankle pumps (30 when I wake up each morning) and eccentric calf raises 3 x 12 every other night. Use this ProStretch Calf Stretcher and Foot Rocker (The Original) every other night to do 3 x 12 x 2 of the first two exercises. Every other night, I continue to do all of these things. While doing so, I've taken the approach of "let's try everything" to get this over with as quickly as possible. While the exercises were helpful, it was the following that really put me from 70% better to 95% that put me from 70% better to 95% that put me from 70% better to 9 Posterior Night Splint for Plantar Fasciitis (MARS Wellness) - Much better than a previous Futuro product that I had tried. This appears to be large and bulky, but it is actually more comfortable to sleep in. Parts of my foot became numb as a result of the futuro. br>br>Beurer Foot Massager With Heat Function and Shiatsu-Like Features - Use this 45-minute routine once a day, at night, with heat. I start with a light application until my foot has warmed up (5 minutes). After 10 minutes, massage the heel area with pressure. The ligaments and fibers in the heel need to be disrupted/torn up, according to PT. This is extremely effective in achieving this goal. It's a little uncomfortable at first, but as you apply gentle pressure to the heel, it becomes numb. I'm hoping I won't have to do this indefinitely; I've only been doing it for about a week, and it appears to be very beneficial. Sole Arch Full Length Comfort High Arch Shoe Insole for Men and Women - Sole Arch Full Length Comfort High Arch Shoe Insole - Sole Arch Full Length Comfort High Arch Shoe Insole for Men and Women - Sole Arch Full Length Comfort High Arch Shoe In I also tried SuperFeet orange and yellow, which I liked. Because the heel is cushioned, I prefer these. All of my shoes and footwear now have these. They are beneficial, but they are not a panacea.

I bought it for myself first, and then I bought more to give as gifts to others. I keep mine under my desk most of the time. It's incredibly satisfying to use while working on a computer. You can tell there's a lot of pressure on you! I gave it as a gift, and I received numerous thank-you notes from the recipient. He makes use of it on a regular basis. You certainly get a lot of value for your money! br>Please let me know if my review was helpful in any way by clicking the "helpful" button below. Here's how it works, friends: br>br>Don't waste your money on rollers that have a bulge in the middle and are wider on both sides. You're always aiming for the perfect spot, but you never quite get there. The nubby texture may look cool, but it's not very practical in practice; also, avoid round balls because they're nearly useless, constantly roll out of position, and break quickly. Wooden rollers are merely adequate, and they are not easily washable or dryable. br>br>This superior product is washable, indestructible, and applies consistent, even pressure across your entire foot bed, ensuring that the entire tendon is massaged. It is impossible to go wrong. Although the rubber is firm, the hollow center allows you to vary the amount of pressure you apply. The deep grooves deliver a consistent, therapeutic pulsating massage. It's small enough to tuck away easily and is lightweight enough to take with you on a trip. For after work, I keep a spare in my gym bag. br>br>The only caveat is that freezing this has no benefit. It doesn't get too cold and warms up quickly when you use it. You can't expect any plastic or rubber to function in the same way that ice does. A frozen water bottle is best for the anti-inflammatory effect of a truly cold roller; however, as you may already know, relying on it solely is inconvenient because the ice melts, the bottle leaks, soon becomes no longer round, must be completely melted to refill, and must be replaced on a regular basis when the plastic eventually cracks. ugh. Personally, I've discovered that keeping a thicker plastic water bottle in the freezer for times when I really need the extra pain relief (e. g. after a particularly long day on my feet) and to use it as my day-to-day go-to In addition to my daily calf and foot stretches, I use for preventative therapy. It is unquestionably life-saving. Be healthy! br>br>.
I'm up and about seven times a day. I work as a massage therapist and waitress/bartender for 12 hours a day, and my vacations are spent hiking. This item is used in conjunction with a Foot Rubz ball that I bought. First, I use this roller to help warm up my foot, decongest the area, and soften sensitive tissue, and then I use the foot rubz ball to work on specific areas where connective tissue buildup and trigger points occur. Without these two products, my feet would be a complete mess. The pain relief is incredible. I'd say this is a high-quality product based on how much use it gets in my home and how long I've had it.
I thought the price was a little high for such a small piece of rubber. The ridges are mild, so it feels good on the bottoms of the feet. I agree with a previous purchaser that it does not stay cold long enough - even if it's been sitting in the freezer for days. The cold only lasts about 2 minutes at most, so it's not ideal for pain relief. EH! For pain relief, you must use COLD. Rolling your foot with a regular size frozen Deer Park or other plastic water bottle with a tapered center shape helps to relieve plantar pain. It works like a charm, and it's always ready to go in the freezer.
