It's nice to have that brush but I don't feel as though it did anything to my skin. /the suction at the bottom of the tub makes it easy to stick. As for tiled floors, I'm not sure how it would work. I recommend taking two steps on the scrubber to suction it to the floor before taking your shoes off. It can sometimes be easier to hold it using just one foot.
