The roller performs admirably - Simple to use and not overly harsh - but. I would challenge anyone to tolerate the two balls because they are so hard and tough. These are made of a very hard material, and the balls' points have the potential to hurt you - or cause tissue damage Despite the fact that I found the roller to be effective for foot therapy and would like to keep it for that purpose alone - I'm returning everything and going on my own in search of a roller. This package deal isn't a deal, so I wouldn't recommend it. and, if used incorrectly, may result in injury.

Plantar fasciitis is a condition that I have. Plantar fasciitis has been bothering me since January. The bottoms of my feet are tender every morning when I wake up. This product was delivered yesterday, and I've already used it twice. The massage roller has a fantastic feel to it. It's nice and soft, and it feels great on my feet. The spiky balls, well, they're spiky. They are firm spiky balls, not hard, in my opinion. I can't use them when I first wake up, but as the day goes on, I can gradually use them. I'm happy with the price, the product, and the transaction. Thank you, and I will tell others who suffer from the same problems as me about this product.

On the product page, take a look at the ball pictures. In relation to the woman with one beneath her back and thigh, they appear to be softball size. They're roughly the size of a tennis ball in real life. I'm able to use softball size. Tennis ball size? This is just more useless nonsense that isn't worth the trouble of returning. Thank you, Amazon, for allowing merchants to post deceptive product images.

Plantar Fasciitis has plagued me for the past three years. My podiatrist recommended surgery, but I wanted to rule out all other possibilities first, so I ordered a set of these. The roller felt good and was simple to use, but the spiky balls felt like rolling my foot on a dog toy. Indeed, the dog toy basket is where these ended up. And, despite how nice the roller felt, it didn't help my PF at all, so I stopped using it as well.

I was experiencing foot cramping and pain as a result of not wearing very supportive footwear (or any footwear at all). ) I wear flip-flops all the time. These were purchased in the hopes of alleviating some of the stress and pain. The long roller is my favorite; it helps my feet a lot! I like the balls as well, but they are a little tougher than I anticipated, which I believe is why they work. While I work, I keep them at my desk and roll my feet. It's that simple.

WORKS. It takes only a few hours to get rid of the pain. I ordered it on my own and paid full price, and I must say that I am very pleased with it. This is a fantastic product that has helped me significantly with my pain. After using it, I feel a lot better. What makes you think I'm not happy? It's incredible in terms of what it can accomplish. The spiky balls and the roller are both effective. To all the naysayers, I simply have to say, "Yay," because it works. Perhaps the balls are picky, not cushy, and not supposed to be, but I have those as well. These aren't even close to being as good. These are for a specific reason. help you to feel better whoever is in charge of selling this item. Keep up the good work of bringing your incredible product to people like me who can benefit from the pain relief it provides. Thank you for your help; in case you're wondering, I have a bone spur as well as an injury and foot fascilitis on the same foot. It's a fantastic roller. It helps me to relieve tightness in my feet. I haven't woken up with any tightness in my feet since using the roller for a few minutes every morning and evening. On a carpeted surface, I find that the roller works best. I tested it on carpet as well as hardwood, tile, and stone. The carpet assisted in keeping the foot roller in the most advantageous position while also making it easier to control. This is a low-cost option. a low-cost way to get rid of aches and pains.

I've had a bad case of plantar fasciitis, to the point where I can only walk on my heels and limp at first when walking after lying or sitting for too long. I've been massaging myself and stretching with a golf ball. The golfball functions properly, but it is difficult to keep in place. br>br>This was delivered today, and I immediately took it out. I worked on each foot for 5 minutes. It was simple to use and keep in time with. I would have begun limping as soon as I got up after sitting for 10 minutes. I was able to walk without any discomfort after doing the exercises with this and getting up; it's very simple to do and covers all of the areas that help relieve plantar fasciitis. I can see myself using it while sitting at my desk working on my computer or simply watching television.
